Written in medium small taʻlīq in black ink with use of red. important marginal annotations, especially on the second text. Thin biscuit paper with laid and chain lines and pulp visible. Several inscriptions and short texts, some in Persian, on fol. 1a-2a, 96b-97a, and 149b-151b. Worm-eaten, some leaves extremely fragile. Two spine labels (vertical), reading respectively: "Sharḥ al-Mukhtaṣar al-musammá bi-al-ʻAqāʼid lil-Nasafī" (in Arabic script), and "46" (in Arabic and Western numerals). Origin: No date given. Apparently 15th century. Acquired from Murād Bey Bārūdī, Beirut, 1925.
