Collation: Wove paper ; fol. i + 13 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 15 lines per page in two columns ; frame-ruled in gold and black.
Description: Vowel signs ; MS in good condition.
Decoration: Illuminated headpiece in gold, blue, black, red and pink (fol. 1b).
Origin: Probably from the IXth century.
