A few marginal notes and glosses. The date of copying is given as 1061 [1650/1], but probably this was added by a later hand, for the MS likely goes back to an earlier date.
Collation: Paper ; fol. 94 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 17 lines per page.
Description: Rubricated in light and dark ink ; vowel signs ; MS in good condition, some repairs. Only a fragment of the first folio remains.
Origin: According to colophon copy completed 1061 (fol. 94a).
