Collation: Paper ; fol. 191 + (2) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 10-14 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red, yellow or indigo.
Description: Entries in red, yellow and indigo ; watermarks (anchor; three crescents) ; MS in fair condition.
Origin: According to colophon copy completed Thursday 19 Dhī al-Qaʻdah 1059 by Muḥammad Ḥijāzī ibn Niẓām al-Dīn al-Shāfiʻī al-Khalwatī al-Bakfālūnī [?] (fol. 186b).
