Layout: 7 lines per page.
Description: Written in very large script in black ink with use of red. Light cream paper with laid lines, chain lines and pulp visible. Vowel signs. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. The first folios are mended, with the lost text copied on the repair.
Origin: Copied by ʻAlī Ibn Muḥammad al-Muʼadhdhib, who completed his work on Nahār al-Sabt at the end (salkh) of Shaʻbān 922 [Sept. 1516] (colophon, fol. 148a-b).
