Collation: Paper ; fol. ii + 68 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 19 lines per page ; frame-ruled in gold and black.
Description: Rubricated ; glazed European paper.
Decoration: Illuminated headpiece in gold, blue, red and gray (fol. [ii]b). Opening spread frame-ruled with a double gold frame. Both pages of opening spread have illuminated floral motifs in the margins (Fol. [ii]b-1a). Simple illuminated tailpiece in gold and red (fol. 68b).
Origin: Copied by ʻAlī al-Kuraydī in 1226 -- colophon (fol. 68a).
Faint ownership stamp on fol. ia and 68a. Acquired by Robert Garrett from Brill, Leyden, 1900.
