The text is possibly missing a sheet (i.e. two fol.) -- see explicit where the text at the start of fol. 5a does not seem to follow from the end of fol. 4b and the catchword is not the first word of fol. 5a (the latter is also the case with fol. 2b and 3a).
Collation: Paper; fol. 6 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.

Description: Written in an informal medium small naskh in black ink with some use of red. Glazed European paper.
