Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 11 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 13 lines per page ; frame-ruled in gold and black.
Description: Rubricated ; occasional vowel signs ; watermarks (grapes) ; MS in good condition.
Decoration: Illuminated headpiece in gold, blue, red, pink, orange, white and black (fol. [i]b). Gold dots used as separators throughout text.
Origin: According to colophon copy completed Rajab 1203 by the author (fol. 10b).
