Collation: Paper, fol. 8 ; 16 (+2, fol. 1-2) ; catchword on the verso of the leaves of the first half of the quire ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 19 lines per page.
Description: Written in medium small script in black ink. Light cream paper, glossy, with laid and chain lines visible.
Origin: Copied in Damascus on 5 Rajab 775 [Dec. 21, 1373] by ʻUmar ibn ʻĀdī ibn ʻAlī al-Maqdīsī al-Ḥanbalī (colophon, fol. 8b).
