A ḥadīth and an inscription about the author on fol. 1a. A small circular stamp with "Aḥmad" in the centre and date 1219 (1804-5) on fol. 1b.
Collation: Paper ; fol. 39 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 23 lines per page.
Description: Written in a medium small script in black ink with use of red. Glazed European paper.
Origin: Copied by Ḥusayn ibn Aḥmad ibn Aḥmad ibn Barakāt al-Khanānī [?] al-Shāfiʻī al-Ashʻarī and completed on the 25th of Muḥarram 1183 (1769) -- colophon (fol. 39b).
