Layout: Written in two columns of 22 lines; ruled.
Script: Written in formal gothic script.
Decoration: 2-line initial 'O' in gold on blue and pink background with with ornament and foliate branches extending from top and bottom; smaller symbol in gold on blue background with white ornament.
Origin: Written in England, East Anglia or perhaps Cambridge, during the middle of the 14th century.
Foliated '17' in pale red ink, probably 18th or 19th century.
