Physical description: 13 lines per page. Written in medium small casual naskh in black ink with use of red. Contains diagrams in red and black ink on the margins. European paper with watermark. Inscription "Kitāb-i zīj" on fol. 1a. Foliation in pencil using Western numerals (before fol. 1 is an unnumbered blank fly-leaf).
Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Riyāḍīyāt 169". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "519/2 Ḥ".
Origin: According to the colophon, copied by Fatḥ Allāh ibn ʻĪsá in 908 H. However, the paper and script seem to indicate a later date.
