European paper with watermark. Marginal annotations. Several inscriptions on fol. 1a, including verses of poetry. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (omits the first folio). Quinions ; catchword on the verso of each leaf. Inscription in Arabic script on two labels pasted on the upper cover: "229" and "Riyāḍīyāt 33". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "432/2 Ḥ". Origin: According to colophon, copied by Sulaymān(?) Ḥijāzī al-Azharī al-Sarsūsi(?) al-Aḥmadī, Wednesday last day of [Dhū] al-Ḥijjah 1122 [Feb. 1711] (fol. 18a). Several ownership statements on fol. 1a, including one in the name of Abū al-Qāsim Ibn Muḥammad al-Sharīf al-Maghribī al-Mālikī, and one dated 1215 H ; one with cyphered name.
