ff. 71. 176 x 130; 124 x 75 mm. 15 lin. 14th cen. According to a note by the hand of Muʼayyadzādah al-Āmāsī (cf. Brockelmann, GAL, II, 293sq.) who acquired the present ms. in Jumādá I, 908, it was read before the translator ʻImād al-Dīn ʻAlī al-Qāshī and signed by him. This certificate of reading is now missing, only the date 78[-?] remains of it on the margin of fol. 1.
