Physical description: 17 lines per page. Written in black and red ink. Contains diagrams and tables. Light cream paper with pulp, laid and chain lines visible. Several leaves wanting at the beginning of the copy (only inner upper corner is extant), and between fol. 74 and 75. Severely worm damaged. On fol. 153b: Short excerpt apparently by the same hand as the main text. Fol. 154 and 155 are... Origin: Text 1 copied in Tabrīz by al-Qāḍī Ḥasan ibn al-Ḥusayn Shahinshāh al-Simnānī, on Saturday 2 Muḥarram 716 [March 27, 1316] (colophon, fol. 56b).
