Dark cream paper, glossy, with laid lines visible. Fol. 49-50 are modern replacements. Interlinear and marginal notes. Some notes are written on slips of paper pasted on the original folios (see between fol. 5 and 6; 11 and 12). On fol. 1a: Title; several inscriptions. Note is Syriac(?) on... Reading statement dated 12 Muḥarram 771 at the end of the text (fol. 56a). Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
