Ms. codex. Title from title page (fol. 4a). A few marginal notes. Ibn Khallikān attributes this work to Abū al-Qāsim al-Qushayrī 376-465 [986-1072], but in the present MS his son al-Qushayrī Abū Naṣr appears as the author. Folios 1b-2a have later inscriptions. Folio 3b has a drawing of a ship. Note stating that the MS was compared against the original. Collation: Paper ; fol. 207 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals. Layout: 18 lines per page. Description: Lacking most iʻjām diacritic marks ; watermarks (later endpapers only: crown, grapes) ; MS in fair condition, worm-eaten. MS is rare. Origin: According to colophon copied 3 Shaʻbān 5[?]64 by ʻAbd Allāh ibn ʻĪsá ibn ʻUbayd Allāh ibn ʻĪsá al-Murādī al-Andulusī al-Ishbīli (fol. 206b). Acquired from Brill, Leyden, 1900.
