Physical description: 19 lines per page. Written in small naskh in black ink with use of red for the commented text and entries; yāʼ for alif maqṣūrah; final yāʼ dotted. First quire of thick paper, glossy, with laid and chain lines visible; second quire of European paper with watermark. Fol. 1 consists of a later piece of paper pasted on the recto of an original leaf. Collation statement on...

Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Taṣawwuf 103". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥ 897".
Origin: According to colophon, copied by Aḥmad ibn al-ḥājj Yūnus al-Ḥamawī al-Khalwātī(?), and completed in the last decade of Jumādá II 960 [June 1553] (fol. 17b).
