Several ḥāshiyah on smaller pieces of paper (see between fol. 16 and 17) and on the margins (signed Muḥyī al-Dīn, etc.). Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals. No. "289" in Arabic numerals on fol. 1a. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Tawḥīd 125... Copied by Ḥusayn ibn Ḥasan on a Thursday in Shaʻbān 1133 in a Madrasah Jaʻfarīyah in Arḍānah(?) (colophon, fol. 58b). Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
