Collation: Paper ; fol. (1) + 58 + (1) ; catchwords ; quires signed: 1-6 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 21 lines per page in two columns.
Description: Rubricated ; vowel signs ; watermarks (hand with a star and the roman-alphabet letters "?RA") ; MS in fair condition; badly stained with dampness with many loose and some mended folios.
Ownership signatures: ʻAlī ibn Aḥmad Jabrāyil obscured; partially obscured signature dated 1009; Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Mālikī .; seal impression (fol. 1a). Acquired from Brill, Leyden, A.D. 1900.
