Physical description: 26 lines per page; written in small nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Headings in red; text of the Lumʻah overlined in red. Rubrication ends on leaf 210b. Catchwords and marginal notes. Some staining and paper repairs; some loss of text on leaves 219-227.
Origin: Rabīʻ II 1113 H [September 1701], by Ibn Muḥammad Kāẓim Ṭihrānī (leaf 227b).
On leaf 2a are two owner's stamps and a note.
