Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 114 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Description: Rubricated ; watermarks (three crescents, cursive roman-alphabet letters "J.P.") ; MS in good condition but several folios are worm-eaten.
Layout: 19 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red and blue.
