Layout: Single leaf, double sided, two columns, 32 lines each. Ruled in gray. Some highlights in red. Large intials in red and blue. Some ornate borders on the left side of the columns. Edges of the vellum are stained slightly and there are some natural holes.

Decoration: Large, two line intials in red and blue, some ornate decoration on the borders of the inside of the columns.
