Description: Rubricated ; important words underlined in red ; watermarks (grapes) ; MS in fair condition but several folios are worm-eaten.
Layout: 29 lines per page.
Marginal notes and glosses. After colophon in vol. 2 is a partially obscured inscription and a reading statement dated 25 Jumādá I 1193 6/10/1779. On a folio after the colophon is a statement about the Prophet, his virtues and his work.

Origin: According to colophon copied 1162 by Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Arīḥāwī, known as Shāriḥ al-Kanz (vol. 2, fol. 326a).
