Description: Written in nastaʻlīq, sometimes with elements of shikastah, and in general scripts ; gold-sprinkled machine-made paper of different colors used (yellow, blue, pink) and unspeckled machine-made paper of violet, and blue ; vowel signs ; spaces left for rubrication in not all filled in. Decoration: Illuminated headpiece (fol. 17b); text on leaves 17b-20a set in cloud-bands on gold ground and framed in red, gold, and yellow with marginal red border. Origin: Text 6, 3 Shaʻbān 1364 H [14 July 1945] (leaf 54a): this appears to be an error. Texts 8-9, 1302 H [1884 or 1885], by the author (leaves 60b, 67b). Text 11, 1303 H [1885 or 1886] (leaf 76b). Remaining texts likely completed around the same time.
