Fol. 1-3 and 195-196 are later additions. Table of contents on fol. 1b-2a. Foliation in black ink using Arabic numerals (starts with "1" on fol. 4a). Loose... Inscription in pencil in Roman script on the pastedown of the upper cover: "IL 411a". Origin: According to colophon, copy completed on Thursday 17 Ṣafar 715 [May 23, 1315] (fol. 194b, followed by a partially wanting reading statement mentioning a ʻAbd al-Majīd al-Shīrāzī).
