First folio defective. On 23 following folios are a fragment of Kitāb al-Shifāʼ by Ibn Sīnā, A.D. 1037, a medical poem entitled Ṣifat ḥajar al-dhakhīrah by Ibn Sīnā, another medical poem by same entitled Khawāṣṣ al-ṭayyūn, followed by several medical prescriptions, and a medical poem by al-Suyūṭī, A.H. 911 [A.D. 1505]. MS in fair condition; worm-eaten; Arabic leather binding with flap; blind... Acquired from Bārūdī, Beirūt, A.D. 1925.
