155 leaves on vellum. Written in black ink, with rubrics and titles in red. No case. Contemporary blind-tooled leather over wooden boards. Some staining (mostly finger staining, here and there small waterstains). Original binding shaken, covering to joints and edges with large defective spots. Covered and stitched spine.
