Note:

Manuscript note: Used as book binding for an early modern Italian index. Several folios feature a modern hand reading "Cron. Suo Indice." First two folia are consecutive.
ff. 1 - 6v: On ff. 2, 3, 5, 6, a series of numbers (presumably years) and letters, corresponding to their place in the "Cron Suo Indice."
ff. 1 - 6v: Latin.
