Collation: Paper ; fol. (1) + 51 ; catchwords ; foliated in ink using Hindu-Arabic numerals ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals. Description: Written in fair naskhi ; vowel signs ; rubrication and other important text in red ; MS in fair condition but several folios are worm-eaten. Layout: 19 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red with separation between hemistitches ; fols. 1 and 2 frame-ruled in green and red. Marginal notes. On the title page occur several verses of poetry and a statement that ʻAbd al-Muḥsin Sunbul made an amplification (tashṭīr) of the dīwān. After the colophon occur a statement that ʻAbd al-Muḥsin Sunbul, mentioned before, made an amplification (tashṭīr) and some corrections; two verses of poetry written by ʻAbd Allāh ibn Muḥammad Asʻad; and some verses of poetry on two other folios. Ms. codex. Origin: According to colophon copied Sunday 3 Rabī II 1178 by Muḥammad al-Khiḍr ibn Ibrāhīm al-Rashīdī (fol. 49b). Title from title page (fol. 1a). Title page has several obscured autographs of owners, dated 1185 and 1187 and a seal impression reading: Min al-mawlīyah Ibn al-Shadāyid ibn Yaḥyá ʻAbduh ʻAlī al-Anṣārī ʻAbbās al-Khazrajī [1]186.
