Inscription in Western numerals in black ink on the upper left corner of the upper cover (corresponds to Brill's list. See Houtsma, M. Th. Catalogue d'une collection de manuscrits arabes et turcs, no. 502). Magical square on fol. 1a. Contains tables, some on smaller pieces of paper pasted between the leaves. Fol. 45 is a later replacement.
Collation: Paper ; fol. 51 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 15-17 lines per page.
Description: Rubricated ; MS in fair condition, stained and mended.
Paper: Dark cream paper with thich laid lines and pulp visible.
Origin: Last text apparently completed at the end of Shawwāl 661 [Sept. 1263] in Khwārazm (see end of text, fol. 51a). It is not clear whether this date applies to the redaction of the text or to the copy. Several dated inscriptions on fol. 1a and 51b, the earliest dated Shawwāl 988 H. [1580] (fol. 1a).
