Collation: Paper; fol. ii + 95 + i; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 17 lines per page.
Description: Rubricated ; the entries are repeated on the margins in red ink.
Paper: Light cream paper with laid and chain lines visible.
On fol. 95a: Note mentioning the names of the six "Kutub al-uṣūl fī aḥādīth al-Rasūl."
On the margins of fol. 94b-95a: Several inscriptions mentioning dates of birth; one inscription in Ottoman Turkish.
Origin: Copy completed on a Thursday in the beginning of Dhū al-Ḥijjah 918 Feb. 1513 by ʻAlī ibn Khalīl al-Ḥanafī (colophon, fol. 94b).
