Layout: 13 lines per page.
Description: Written in black ink with use of red ; vowel signs ; glazed dark cream paper with regular laid lines and pulp visible.
Origin: According to the colophon, copy completed on 20 Rabīʻ al-Ākhar 596 February 8, 1200 (fol. 131b).
Two ownership statements with seal on fol. 1a (almost completely erased). Acquired by Robert Garrett from Brill, Leyden, 1904.
