Collation: Paper ; fol. ii + 59 + iv ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 17 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red.
Description: Rubricated ; overlining in red ; folios 58-59 and the two following folios are yellow paper ; watermarks (fol. 1-58: roman-alphabet lettering; fol. 58-59: eagle with roman-alphabet letters "GFA"; three hats; pastedown: coat-of-arms in a double circle topped by a crown) ; MS in good condition.
Decoration: Simple illuminated headpieces in a gold floral design on folios 1b and 38b. Fol. 1b-2a and 38b-39a frame-ruled in gold.
Origin: Ḥāshiyah ʻalá dībājat sharḥ Quṭb al-Dīn Copied 1164 by Muṣṭafá ibn ʻUmar (fol. 56a).
