Prefatory cycle of 13 full-page miniatures, from the Annunciation to the Virgin Mary to the Coronation of the Virgin (fol. 1v-13r), Ferial Canticles and Athanasian Creed followed by prayers (fol. 137v-149v), Litany with petitions and prayers (fol. 149v-155v), De usu psalmorum by Alcuin (fol. 155v-158r), Office of the Dead, use of Sarum (fol. 161r-188v).

Unknown early provenance. Barne Robertes, signature of 16th century, on f. 1r. "LB" and pen-trial on f. 1r. Penned capitals of "ESD: BL" in bottom margin of the ruled page, f. 160v. Modern provenance unknown. Modern penciled note, "P10" in top margin of f. 1r. Robert Garrett purchased the manuscript at an unknown date. His gift to the Princeton University Library, 1942.
