Binding: Bound, s. XV, in red leather over boards bevelled on the outside, two fore edge clasps with straps closing to pins; design of a church on the clasps. Unidentified fragments of another manuscript as pastedowns and flyleaves.
Script, ff. 1-107v: Semi-cursive gothic.
Layout, ff. 1-107v: 29-34 long lines, frame ruled in lead.
