- Watermark: Similar to Briquet Lettre A, 7901-7904, used in France, Germany, and Switzerland in the last decade of the 14th century and first half of the 15th century.

Origin: Possibly written in southern France (McKittrick) in the first half of the 15th century (watermark).

Binding: Modern half-vellum over boards.
Collation: Paper, ii (modern) + 6 + ii (modern); 1⁶; [1-6], modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Layout:; Written in 22-24 long lines; ruled in lead; quarto format.
Script: Written in Gothic cursive script.
Decoration: Penwork initials at the beginning of paragraphs and 2 decorative line fillers (f. 1v, 2v).
