The amulet was written for Daṿid Shemuʼel (the baby's father) on Friday 24th of second Adar 5611 (March 28th, 1851).
The amulet is illustrated with red and green colors.
According to other Mss. (X893 K514.14) this family was from Akarnania (Greece).
