Likely Otto Ege leaf; similar to the manuscripts listed as HL no. 150 and no. 233 in Otto Ege's manuscripts by Scott Gwara. Portions of text severely faded.
Later foliation "116" on recto; "32" written in outer margin on recto.
Parchment stitch repair; sewing holes, thread locking.
