Several gatherings of the same manuscript are held at the Free Library of Philadelphia, John Frederick Lewis Collection of European Manuscripts (Lewis E 153); the Newberry bifolium begins with XII Kal. Sept. (Aug. 16) and includes II. Nonas Sept. (Sept. 4) on verso of last leaf.
Incorrectly described in Masi as an 11th cenutry Martyrology from St. Gall.
Layout: Written in 29 long lines; frame ruled in hardpoint; pricking in outer margins.
Script: Written in an Italian gothic hand.
Decoration: Large rubicated initials; Primary initial "D" (9 nine lines) and secondary initials (4 lines).
Origin: Written in Italy during the 13th century.
