First leaf: "En la ciudad deocaña a 12 dias del mes de a gosto de mill y seic̨ientos i deciseis años sebinounamonga delaorden de nuestra señora del Carmen descalc̨as del dicho lugar de ocana echaronla las mongas por floga q. noeraparanada llamose Doña Alfonsa de Obregon de Madrid." Notation added to top and bottom margins of leaf 3: "Letra gotica en tiempo de felipe segundo. Rey de españa y de las indias." Last two leaves contain doodles and scribbles, possibly by Joan Lorenc̨o Paso (the copyist?), whose name appears on verso of last leaf, above a short poem. Forms part of the Edward E.
