Collation: Paper (fol. 76-77, 82-83, 88-89, 95-96, and 106 parchment), fol. 134 (modern foliation includes 2 front postmedieval flyleaves) ; 112 (-12) 2-512 614 714 (outer 2 and the center bifolia, parchment) 812 95 (2 an inserted parchment leaf) 1012 1116 ; catchwords present after fol. 76; the catchword on fol. 118v does not match fol. 119r; leaves of quire 10 signed b1-b6 in red
Layout: Written in 25-27 long lines with minims of the first written line hung from the upper ruled line; texts 11, 13, and 14 written in 27-31 long lines; frame ruled in ink
Script: Written in gothic hybrida media; texts 11, 13, and 14 written in hybrida currens; headings in red in script of text.
Decoration: fol. 1r-76v: German style blue initials 5-7 lines high; fol. 77r-118v: German style red initials 2-4 lines high.
Origin: Written in Germany in the 2nd half of the 15th century.
Former owner's inscription of the end of the 15th century or beginning of the 16th century, "Liber domus sororum in Coesfuldia ordinis sancti Augustini."
Sold by M. Breslauer (Berlin) to William B. Greenlee in 1922.
