Collation: Paper (thick, stiff, and furry; watermarked, cf. Briquet, 3385), flyleaves and pastedowns, parchment (southern preparation, ruled for 2 columns), fol. ii + 115 + ii (portion of fol. 81 restored in 17th-century) ; 1-910 108 1110 1210 (-8-10) ; catchwords with rectangles.
Layout: Written in 21 long lines beginning on 2nd ruled line; frame-ruled.
Script: Written in humanistic cursiva formata; headings in red in script of text.
Origin: Written in Florence, in 1464, by Iacopo di Francescho di Lorenzo di Nicolo da Soci di Casentino.
Decoration: Blank spaces for initials never completed.
