Origin: Written in northern Italy. Formerly in the library of the Benedictine abbey of Saint John the Evangelist in Parma.
Note on flyleaf: "Iste liber est monasterii [written over monachorum] congregationis s[an]cte Iustine ordinis sancti Benedicti de obseruantia deputatus monasterio s[an]cti Ioannis euangeliste de P[ar]ma [three preceding words written over an erasure], signatus nu[m]o 68."
