Collation: Parchment, fol. i + 40 + i (original foliation in roman numerals 1-24, 33-48) ; 18 (5 cut out and now loose; appears to have been used as a pastedown in another book) 2-38 48 (lacking entire quire) 5-68.
Layout: Written in a variable number of long lines, written space very irregular.
Script: Written in Italina "marcantesca" gothic cursiva.
Origin: Written in Florence by Pepo degli Albizzi, 1339-1360.
Bookplate of the Fifth Lord Vernon (1803-1866).
