Tipped in at front: two leaves of ms. notes concerning research on Jehan Marion and the Marion genealogy, addressed to Prosper Blanchemain [?] by the comte de Soultrait, of the Société des bibliophiles françois; on letterhead of the Académie des Sciences, Belles-Lettres et Arts de Lyon, dated Dec. 14, 1872 in Lyon.
Tipped in at leaf 40: one small leaf of ms. notes on pink paper in Blanchemain's hand, clarifying which poem by Mathurin Cordier (1479-1564) Marion chose to imitate in his "Carme admonitoire de Mathurin Cordier" (leaves 40-45). - Keyword:
