Explicit: "Explicit deuotus tractat[us] de reformatio[n]e triu[m] uiriu[m] a[n]i[ma]e." Outer margin of last leaf cropped. Laid in: 2 leaves of notes in different hands: unsigned description of the ms. in French; and notes in Dutch [?] on Gerard Groote (1340-1384), Dutch preacher, and spiritual father of the Devotio moderna, by Bishop Rendam [?] signed "C.
