Collation: Parchment, fol. 6; six separate leaves originally sewn together by a tab.
Layout: Written in 28 columns lightly ruled in brown; pricking in margins and top and bottom.
Script: Written in gothic textualis rotunda in black and red ink.
Origin: Probably created for use in England between 1430 and 1449.
Accompanied by master photocopies on 12 leaves, numbered 1r-6v, to be retained permanently for copying purposes; in envelope, in cream laminate 4-flap wrapper.
