- Four-leaf fragment from a 15th-century song book, probably Tuscan in origin, containing music for five ballads for two and three tenor and countertenor voices, with accompanying text in Italian.
Six five-line staves in red with square notation in black; text in black.
Folds and stitching holes in outer margins suggest that the pages were used to reinforce another binding.
