Layout: Written in 21 long lines; ruled in violet. Script: Written in gothic textualis quadrata media. Decoration: Nine small illuminations 8 lines high, accompanied by left bracket blue and pink acanthus and green vine leaf borders; fol. 25r (Virgin and Child on a crescent), fol. 27r (Nicholas and the children in the barrel, suffrage is to Michael Archangel), fol. 27v (John the Baptist), fol. 28r (Peter and Paul, suffrage is to Peter alone), fol. 28r (Paul), fol. 29r (Andrew), fol. 29v... Origin: Written in the Low Countries, probably in Bruges, after 1450 (date of canonization of Bernardino) No. 44 from the collection of Henry Probasco.
